2011年8月26日，中国证监会第三届创业板发行审核委员会成立大会在北京召开，我所合伙人李童云律师受聘为第三届创业板发行审核委员会委员。创业板发行审核委员会由35位委员组成，其中专职委员23位，兼职委员12位。
据悉，为了保持创业板发行审核工作的稳定性和连续性，本次换届的方式采取了部分委员留任、部分委员更换的做法。35名委员中，续聘17名，占比48.57%，更换18名，占比51.43%。18名新委员的选聘是根据创业板发审委委员选聘条件和原则、按照严格程序进行的。依照第三届创业板发审委组建方案，第三届创业板发审委中证监会以外的候选人是商请中国注册会计师协会、中华全国律师协会、中国资产评估协会和有关部门组织推荐的，共推荐了42名候选人。在网上公示、对候选人执业情况进行核查、征求相关部门意见的基础上，经中国证监会创业板发审委提名委员会资格审定，中国证监会主席办公会决定聘任。
