2013年12月，本所合伙人徐寿春、李荣法律师同时受聘担任清华大学法学院法律硕士专业学位研究生联合导师，并于近日颁发了聘书。
徐寿春律师为本所执行合伙人，曾任中国证监会第一、二、三届创业板发审委委员、上海证券交易所上市委员会委员，在其从事律师执业的17年间，先后为数十家公司在境内外证券市场的首次公开发行、再融资、收购兼并和重大资产重组项目提供法律服务，具有丰富的资本市场法律服务经验。
李荣法律师为本所合伙人，同时具备律师、注册会计师、注册税务师资格，是目前中国最早一批以税务法律服务为主要执业领域的税务专业律师，已连续三届担任北京市律师协会税务法律专业委员会秘书长或副主任，同时担任北京市西城区律师协会理事。李荣法律师多年来一直致力于税务领域的法律服务，其客户包括众多跨国公司、大型国有企业以及上市公司。
