2017年11月17日，北京国枫律师事务所合伙人刘倩律师在国枫上海分所成功举办了“私募基金合规及案例解析”讲座，30余家江浙沪私募基金单位参与本次讲座。国枫北京总所同时在线直播本次讲座。
本次讲座围绕私募基金管理人日常合规及基金业协会自律处罚案例分析两方面展开，以协助私募基金管理人建立更加合规的日常操作规范，此外，还对基金业协会的监管政策动向、领会协会自律精神进行了进一步的探讨。
讲座过程中，刘倩律师还以案例分析问答方式与各家私募基金相关负责人进行了互动，让大家对相关案例有了更加深刻形象的理解。
