今年以来，证券监管机构通过多种渠道、多次强调加强对证券业务监管，从IPO、再融资、重大资产重组到新三板、私募基金，监管无不呈现从严趋势，要求中介机构提高业务质量，勤勉尽责，严格按照相关规定要求的标准执业。为加强事务所风险控制，提高证券业务质量，北京国枫律师事务所于2016年9月23日下午召开证券业务风险讨论会，会议由北京国枫律师事务所负责人张利国律师、内核委员会主任委员徐寿春律师、业务管理部负责人姜瑞明律师共同主持，事务所全体证券业务合伙人、证券法律业务内核召集人、内核初审员参加了本次会议。
本次会议以证券业法律务风险应对措施为主题，通过对中国证监会的行政处罚案例进行分析与反思，深入讨论了本所证券业务质量存在的问题和难点，积极探索本所业务风险防范措施。
会议过程中，与会人员积极建言献策，结合自身项目实践经验，就对证券业务风险的发现与防范提出个人见解，促进本所风控体系的建设。经过各方近三个小时的热烈交流，会议确定了下一步事务所风险控制、内核及业务管理工作方向。
