受中国证监会邀请，国枫律师事务所执行合伙人温烨律师于7月14日代表本所参加了中国证监会上市公司监管部组织召开的《上巿公司治理准则》修订研讨会。
温烨律师在会上与参会代表一起就上市公司的整体治理状况、目前存在的主要问题以及与公司治理相关的各方主体在治理中应该发挥怎样的作用等议题进行了深入探讨及专题发言。
会议由上市部主任欧阳泽华主持，赵立新副主任、蒋星辉处长参加会议，上市公司协会执行副会长宋丽萍女士进行了总结发言，上市公司协会杨智颖副秘书长、研究部总监李大勇先生出席了会议。参加会议的还有华夏基金、嘉实基金、鹏华基金、明曜投资、凯雷投资、弘毅投资及金杜律师事务所、普华永道会计师事务所、安永华明会计师事务所等机构投资者及中介服务机构的代表。
