由国枫律师事务所主办的远光软件股份有限公司非公开发行股票项目于2017年4月6日顺利通过中国证监会发行审核委员会审核。本次非公开发行股票是远光软件自2006年上市以来首次再融资行为。
远光软件作为国内企业管理软硬件一体化应用解决方案主流供应商，在电力行业企业管理软件领域占有80%以上的市场份额。本次定向发行所募集资金将用于依托AI技术的智能企业管理软件项目、基于BDaaS模式的智慧能源服务项目（一期）以及能源产业园之研发培训综合楼等项目。本次再融资实施后，远光软件将能够实现能源互联网业务领域的全面布局，进一步优化业务结构和盈利模式，强化产品的竞争优势、提高市场占有率和市场地位。
