2017年4月18日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供法律服务的厦门延江新材料股份有限公司首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市项目获得中国证监会创业板发行审核委员会2017年第31次会议审核通过。
厦门延江新材料股份有限公司主营业务为打孔无纺布和PE打孔膜的研发、生产和销售。致力于为客户提供创新型的面层材料。公司主要产品为3D打孔无纺布和PE打孔膜，主要是用作妇女卫生用品、婴儿纸尿布等一次性卫生用品的面层材料，其中3D打孔无纺布业已应用于高端纸尿布的底层材料。公司是国内极少数进入下游客户高端产品领域的供应商之一，主要客户包括金佰利、宝洁、恒安等国内外卫生用品龙头企业。
厦门延江股份发行上市项目由姜瑞明律师团队承办，签字律师为郑超律师、崔白律师。
