2020年9月3日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供全程法律服务的广东天禾农资股份有限公司（以下简称“天禾股份”或“公司”）在深圳证券交易所中小板成功上市。天禾股份本次公开发行股票6,208万股，发行价格为6.62元/股，募集资金总额为41,096.96万元。公司股票简称为“天禾股份”，股票代码为“002999”。
天禾股份成立于2009年，是一家以现代农技服务为先导、直达终端的配送体系为支撑，主要从事化肥、农药等农资产品的销售并提供专业农技服务的农资流通行业领先企业。经过多年发展，天禾股份构建了专业的农技服务体系、掌握了上游优质产品资源、建立了布局合理的销售网络和直达终端的配送体系，能够不断满足现代农业发展、社会化服务、农户、作物的需求。
