2023年3月28日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供法律服务的泰凌微电子（上海）股份有限公司（以下称“泰凌微”）首次公开发行股票并在科创板上市项目获上海证券交易所科创板上市委员会2023年第19次审议会议审核通过。
泰凌微成立于2010年，主要从事无线物联网系统级芯片的研发、设计及销售，专注于无线物联网芯片领域的前沿技术开发与突破。泰凌微无线物联网系统级芯片产品种类齐全，以低功耗蓝牙类SoC产品为重心，拓展了兼容多种物联网应用协议的多模类 SoC 产品，并深入布局 ZigBee 协议类 SoC 产品、2.4G 私有协议类 SoC 产品、音频 SoC 产品，同时向下游客户配套提供自研的固件协议栈以及参考应用软件。泰凌微的产品广泛应用于汉朔、小米、罗技（Logitech）、欧之（Home Control）、涂鸦智能、朗德万斯（Ledvance）、瑞萨（Renesas）、科大讯飞、创维、夏普（Sharp）、松下（Panasonic）、英伟达（Nvidia）、哈曼（Harman）等多家主流终端知名品牌，进入美国 Charter、意大利 Telecom Italia 等国际大型运营商供应链，并支持和服务百度、阿里巴巴、谷歌（Google）、亚马逊（Amazon）等众多科技公司在国际、国内的生态链企业产品。
泰凌微本次拟公开发行股票不超过6,000万股，拟募集资金132,363.65万元，用于IoT 产品技术升级项目、无线音频产品技术升级项目、WiFi 以及多模产品研发以及技术升级项目、研发中心建设项目以及发展与科技储备项目，有助于不断完善和提升公司低功耗无线物联网系统级芯片产品的设计研发能力，进一步增强公司市场竞争力。
国枫担任泰凌微本次发行上市的法律顾问，为泰凌微本次发行上市提供了全程法律服务，本项目由温烨律师团队承办，项目签字律师为孟文翔律师、王冠律师和舒伟佳律师，项目组成员还包括王维维、姚诗卉、胡冰鸷。
