江苏五洋停车产业集团股份有限公司为深圳证券交易所挂牌公司，证券简称“五洋停车”，证券代码“300420”，主要产品包括张紧装置、制动装置、给料机和两站及机制砂、工业机器人成套生产线、智能化机械式停车设备、物流及智能仓储系统、停车场投资建设运营一体化业务。本次再融资，公司将募集资金投向“智能机械式立体停车设备制造项目（东莞基地）”、“智能机械式立体停车设备制造项目（徐州基地）”、“研发中心建设项目”、“五洋智云智慧停车项目”和“补充流动资金”。通过本次募集资金投资项目，五洋停车将紧紧围绕“智造+停车资源+互联网”的战略定位，延伸停车行业产业链布局，把握市场快速发展机遇，完善生产基地布局和互联网技术的应用，增强公司研发创新能力，保持技术领先优势，改善公司资本结构，提高公司抗风险能力。
