北京国枫律师事务所代理北京乐动卓越科技有限公司诉北京昆仑万维科技股份有限公司（300418）及昆仑乐享、昆仑在线侵犯著作权及不正当竞争纠纷一案一审取得胜诉判决，法院判决要求三被告立即停止不正当竞争行为，连带赔偿原告经济损失五十万元及原告合理支出。
该案件为北京知识产权法院成立后第一号民事案件，由陈锦川院长亲自主审并撰写判决。判词中对著作权独创性、改编作品权利、公证证据等问题都有重要论述。根 据相关法律，五十万元是该类案件人民法院酌定赔偿的最高额。原告乐动公司为本所常年法律顾问单位，其开发运营的游戏《我叫MT》在国内享有广泛知名度，苹 果端连续12个月畅销榜排名第一，拥有二千多万玩家。被告昆仑游戏开发的涉诉游戏《超级MT》现已经关闭服务器、终止运营。该案本所主办律师为梁振东律 师、张明律师。
