2016年6月29日，由北京国枫律师事务所提供法律服务的东莞勤上光电股份有限公司发行股份购买资产项目获得中国证券监督管理委员会上市公司并购重组审核委员会2016年第46次会议有条件审核通过。
本次交易完成后，东莞勤上光电股份有限公司将持有标的公司广州龙文教育科技有限公司100%股权。
国枫律所担任本次重组项目的法律顾问，为其提供了全程专业化法律服务。本项目主办律师为王冠律师、孟文翔律师。
