2016年9月7日，中国证监会上市公司并购重组审核委员会召开2016年第65次会议，由北京国枫律师事务所承办的北新集团建材股份有限公司（证券简称：北新建材，证券代码：000786）发行股份购买资产暨关联交易项目获得有条件通过。
本次交易中，北新建材以发行股份方式购买泰山石膏股份有限公司35%的股份，交易金额为419,549.90万元。
