2017年1月20日，由北京国枫律师事务所全程提供法律服务的烟台艾迪精密机械股份有限公司（下称“艾迪精密”）成功在上海证券交易所主板上市，艾迪精密本次公开发行股票4,400万股，发行价格6.58元/股。股票简称为“艾迪精密”，股票代码为“603638”。执行事务合伙人姜瑞明律师、合伙人郑超律师和项目组成员黄彦宇应邀出席了上市仪式。
艾迪精密成自 2003 年成立以来一直致力于液压技术及相关产品的研发、生产和销售。公司设立之初主要产品为液压破碎锤，经过多年研发，公司掌握了液压破碎锤的全套生产技术和工艺，使得公司产品性能和质量得到大幅提升。公司不断改进热处理、精密加工、密封等关键环节的工艺和流程，使得产品质量进一步提高。在此过程中，公司形成了以热处理技术、高压液压件铸造技术、先进机加工工艺、高压密封技术、测试技术等为核心的具有自主知识产权的液压产品生产技术。公司持续完善售后服务体系，提高售后服务质量，不断提升公司产品的性价比水平。公司产品得到了国内外客户的广泛认可，公司品牌的影响力也逐步扩大。目前，公司液压破碎锤产品线丰富，形成了轻型、中型和重型3个序列20多个系列的产品系列，能够满足市场上绝大部分客户需求，公司产品已销往60多个国家和地区。
本次发行上市后，艾迪精密将以本次上市为契机，进一步扩大主营业务规模，提高研发技术水平，优化财务结构，提升公司综合竞争力，为地方经济发展与中国民族工业的振兴作出新的贡献。
