(“GHS”) on its acquisition of controlling shareholding interest in CitrussTV, a leading home shopping company in Middle East and Northern Africa  region based in Dubai. This deal  is an example of successful cooperation under the“Belt and Road Initiative”. Grandway provided  legal service to GHS covering the whole dealprocess  including execution of letter ofintent, conducting legal due diligence, drafting transactional documents,negotiation, deal closing and the post-closing management integration, etc.

GHS is headquartered in Beijing. It is a leading full-media retailplatform in China, with TV shopping and e-commerce as main retail business. Italso carries out wholesale trade, manufacturing, cultural media and otherbusiness through  its network of subsidiaries.
