On July 14th, 2015, the issuing and transferring project of EFLAG Share Co. Ltd (EFLAG) which Grandway has provided legal service has been approved by NEEQ.
EFLAG listed on NEEQ on July 30th, 2015 (stock number: 832853, EFLAG Share), is a leading global provider of engineering services and innovative solutions for mobile network planning, optimization, and more.
EFLAG started its activities in 2003 and soon became the market leader in China - holding over 50% market share. Since 2006, EFLAG has been enlarging its footprint in Asia, particularly in Indonesia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and the Middle-East. As a result of this expansion, EFLAG has now five operational offices in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India and Indonesia representing a total of more than 1000 employees worldwide.
