With the Assistance of Grandway, Tianshui Zhongxing Biotechnology Co.，Ltd has been Granted an Unconditional Approval of Its IPO Project by the CSRC

On May the 22nd, 2015，Tianshui Zhongxing Biotechnology Co.，Ltd, which Grandway has been employed by as a sponsor, has been Granted an Unconditional Approval of Its IPO Project by the CSRC.

Tianshui Biotech intends to issue no more than 3.725 million shares, and to list on Shenzhen Small and medium enterprise board.

Tianshui Biotech was founded on Nov. 18th, 2005, with registered capital of 11.16778 million yuan. It is a company of the producing, selling, and microorganism researching and publishing of edible  and medical mushrooms.
