Kfield intendedto purchase 100% share of Nanjing Aotecar New Energy TechnologyCo.,Ltd. Aotecar is an enterprise specialized in R&D as well as productionfor automotive A/C compressors, and is awarded “Top Company of China Car Parts (A/C)”“China Top 100 Supplier of Car Parts” by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. After years of developments, Aotecar has gradually broken the monopolization of foreign producers of car compressors, and has developed stable clients and resources by its outstanding R&D ability, stable productquality and mass production, having stable relationship with SGMW, NAVECO, DPCA,BYD, Chery, GEELY, Brilliance Auto, FOTON and etc.After this transaction, Kfield will be a double listing company of both garment and car A/C compressors.
