The IPO project of Ningbo JifengAuto Parts co., Ltd, of which the Grandway has been providing whole legal service,passed the 229th committee’s examination of the Issuance ExaminationCommission of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on Dec.31st,2014. Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts co., Ltd is an enterprise of designing andproducing car parts of head and arm restraint. The signing lawyers of thisproject are Jiang Ruiming and Hu Qi.
