Grandway Advised NASDAQ-listed Aesthetic Medical on RMB 100 Million Financing

Grandway advised a leading Chinese aesthetic medical services provider, NASDAQ-listed Aesthetic Medical International Holdings Group (“AIH”), on its equity financing arrangement. According to the arrangement, an associated company of Lafang China Co., Ltd. (“Lafang”, 603630.SH), a China A-share listed company, will provide financing of RMB 100,000,000 by way of an amendment to the share subscription agreement dated 16 May 2021 between AIH, Lafang, and certain related parties of AIH.
