On July 28, 2022, Ningbo Shanshan Co., Ltd. （600884.SH） successfully issued Global Depository Receipts (“GDR”) and was listed on SWX. A total of 15,442,300 GDRs were issued, corresponding to 77,211,500 basic A shares, at an issue price of USD 20.64 per GDR, raising total proceeds of Approx. USD 319 million.
