Grandway Advised Tinci Materials on Public Offering of Convertible Bonds Approved by CSRC

On August 8, 2022, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Tinci Materials, stock code: 002709) was approved by the 18th Issuance Appraisal Committee of CSRC at the 87th meeting in 2022.

The total amount of funds to be raised by Tinci Materials for this issue will not exceed RMB 3,410,500,000, which will invest in the project of “annual production capacity of 152,000 tons of new lithium materials”, “annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of Lithium bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide”, “62,000 tons of electrolyte base materials”, “41,000 tons of lithium-ion battery materials (phase I)”, “60,000 tons of daily chemical basic materials (phase I)” and replenishment of working capital. The successful approval of this issurance can further consolidate the company’s leading position in the lithium battery material industry, improve the competitiveness of the products and promote long-term sustainable development.
