On September 13, 2022, Grandway advised PCI Technology Group Co., Ltd. on its non-public offering (stock abbreviation: PCI Technology, stock code: 600728) approved by Issuance Appraisal Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission.
PCI Technology focuses on the research, development and application of intelligent technologies, products and industry solutions. Its main businesses includes intelligent rail transportation, smart city transportation, urban safety and emergency, service and product integration.
The total proceeds from this non-public offering will not exceed RMB 3.314 billion, which will invest in digital twin core technology and open platform R&D project, new generation of rail transit digital system R&D and industrialization project, new generation of traffic digital system R&D and industrialization project for vehicle-road coordination, the upgrade construction project of national sales and service system and supplying working capital after deducting the costs for issuance.
