Grandway Advised China Nuclear Construction on Non-public Offering Approved by CSRC

On November 14, 2022, China Nuclear Engineering & Construction Corporation Limited (“China Nuclear Construction”, stock code: 601611) was unconditionally approved by the 18th Issuing and Examining Committee of CSRC for its non-public offering.

China Nuclear Construction is mainly engaged in engineering construction business, including nuclear power engineering and industrial and civil engineering construction. It is the only company in the world that has been engaged in nuclear power engineering and construction business for more than 30 years without interruption and has the only international training center for nuclear power construction in the world authorized by International Atomic Energy Agency. China Nuclear Construction has actively explored the industrial and civil construction market, and has contracted many national key projects and achieved good performance and good reputation. It has gradually formed a business layout with nuclear power engineering construction as the base and vertically cultivated the value chain of construction engineering.

The total amount of funds to be raise will not exceed RMB 2,508,566,400. This non-public offering is conducive to optimizing the financial structure of China Nuclear Construction, providing financial security for the company to further increase its business scale and improving its market competitiveness and influence.
