Grandway Advised Yanshan Yulong on Listing Project to Obtain the Letter of Consent from National Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd.

On November 29, 2022, Beijing Yanshan Yulong Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Yanshan Yulong”) obtained the Letter of Consent from National Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. for the listing of its shares on National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”).

Yanshan Yulong, formerly known as Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Design Institute, was restructured on June 29, 2007.
