Grandway Advised Capital Securities on Successfully Listing on the Main Board of SSE

On December 22, 2022, Capital Securities Corporation Limited (stock short name: Capital Securities, stock code: 601136) was listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange. This public offering issued 273 million shares at an issue price of RMB 7.07 per share, raising total funds of RMB 1.932 billion. The closing price on the first day of listing was RMB 10.18 per share, up 43.99%, making it the first A-share brokerage firm to be listed this year.
