Grandway Advised LES INFORMATION on IPO Project Approved by SSE

On January 3, 2023, NANJING LES INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD (“LES INFORMATION”) was approved by the Listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange at its 1st deliberation meeting in 2023 for initial public offering of shares and listing on SSE STAR Market.

LES INFORMATION is a total solution provider of civil command information system subordinated by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, mainly for civil aviation air traffic management, urban road traffic management and urban governance and other industry information needs, to provide command and control technology as the core of the command information system solutions and products. LES INFORMATION has undertaken many benchmark projects in the industry, undertaken many national R&D projects and issues, won many national and provincial important awards, and built an independent intellectual property system with many patents and software copyrights around the core technology. The proposed initial public offering will raise RMB 1,017.2356 million, which will be used for the “New Generation Intelligent Civil Aviation Platform Project”, “Intelligent Traffic Control Platform Project”, “Public Credit Big Data Support and Service Platform Project”, “R&D Center Construction Project” and “Supplying Working Capital”.
