Grandway Advised Qiaoluming on Listing Project to Obtain the Letter of Consent from National Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd.

Qiaoluming Technology Co., Ltd. (“Qiaoluming”) has obtained the Letter of Consent from National Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. for the listing of its shares on National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”) and targeted issue projects (“Project”).

Qiaoluming is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of automotive trims and automotive components. Its main products include automotive interior trims, automotive exterior trims, new energy automotive components and supporting molds, etc. It has comprehensive manufacturing and service capabilities integrating product synchronization design, mold development, component molding, surface treatment and product assembly.
