Grandway Advised Boyuan on IPO Project on ChiNext Approved by SZSE

On January 13, 2023, Shandong Boyuan Pharmaceutical & Chemical Co., Ltd. (“Boyuan”) was approved by ChiNext Listing Committee of Shenzhen Stock Exchange at its 3rd deliberation meeting in 2023 for initial public offering of shares and listing on ChiNext of SZSE.
