Grandway Advised Xdlk Microsystem on IPO Project Approved by SSE

On February 13, 2023, Anhui Xdlk Microsystem Corporation Limited (“Xdlk Microsystem”) was approved by Listing Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE Listing Committee”) in 2023 at its 1st deliberation meeting for initial public offering of shares and listing on SSE STAR Market, becoming the first IPO project approved by SSE Listing Committee since its establishment.

The main products of Xdlk Microsystem are high performance MEMS inertial sensors, which are developed and integrated into inertial systems in different fields, and eventually form terminal products for specific scenarios to achieve navigation and positioning, attitude perception, state monitoring, platform stabilization and many other application functions for users. Xdlk Microsystem has long been committed to independent R&D of high-performance MEMS inertial sensors. The core performance index of the product has reached the international advanced level. The product has achieved scale application in domestic high-end industrial, unmanned systems and high reliability fields, innovatively solving the technical difficulties and application problems in the field of MEMS inertial sensors, and become the main supporting product supplier in the promotion of key projects of clients.

At present, Xdlk Microsystem has formed its own intellectual property rights of high-performance MEMS inertial sensor product system and mass production and application, in the MEMS inertial sensor chip design, MEMS process solution development, packaging and testing and other major links to form a technology closed loop. In 2021, Xdlk Microsystem was selected as the third batch of “Specialized, Unique and Little Giant” enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and in 2022, it was selected as the list of manufacturing single champion cultivating enterprises in Anhui Province and awarded the “Top 50 specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises” in Anhui Province, which has been recognized by the state and society for its technical strength, scientific research achievements and industrialization capability.
