Mr. He Xingliang, a salaried partner of Grandway, LLB from East China University of Political Science and Law, and LLM from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, joined Grandway in 2019 and has been practicing since then. He used to be engaged in commercial trials in an intermediate people’s court. He also worked for a large Chinese law group, providing legal services for IPO projects, investment and financing projects in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and the United States.
Mr. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution, investment and financing, and permanent corporate advisory service. He has represented his clients in a number of difficult equity disputes and achieved good results such as winning the second-instance trial following amendment to first-instance judgment, and remanding a lawsuit for retrial. He has acted on behalf of listed companies in major cases such as international arbitration disputes and investment and financing related disputes. He has provided legal services for debt disposition and asset restructuring projects of enterprises in Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shandong, Guangdong and other regions. Additionally, he has offered legal services for many domestic and overseas IPO projects, and has served as a permanent legal advisor for dozens of listed companies.
