Lawyer Jin Xiao has been practicing law since 2007, specializing in the management and disposal of distressed financial assets, corporate affairs, dispute resolution, and bankruptcy reorganization. Her main clients include a wide range of publicly listed companies, large private enterprises, franchise chains, well-known Taiwanese enterprises, and various financial/non-financial institutions, such as China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd., Shanghai Bank Co., Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Beijing Digital China Co., Ltd., Shanghai Digital China Co., Ltd., Xiamen C&D Electronics Co., Ltd., and Xiamen IPU Technology Co., Ltd.
With extensive experience in domestic litigation in China, Lawyer Jin has represented numerous cases involving financial loan contract disputes, guarantee contract disputes, financial leasing contract disputes, and lease-sale disputes.
In the field of bankruptcy, apart from repeatedly serving as the legal service provider for bankruptcy claims as a creditor's agent, Lawyer Jin has participated as an in-house lawyer in the bankruptcy reorganization project of Taihai Manoir Nuclear Equipment Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002366). The reorganization plan of the company has been fully implemented and achieved. Currently, as a key bankruptcy lawyer at Guofeng Shanghai, which is one of the members of the Shanghai High People's Court's enterprise bankruptcy case administrator roster, Jin is actively involved as a principal member of the administrator/liquidation team, handling various bankruptcy liquidation and compulsory liquidation cases.
