Mr. Jiang Qi worked as a prosecutor in a municipal procuratorate from 2011 to 2017, serving as a prosecutor in the public prosecution department. From 2017 to 2019, he worked in a municipal disciplinary commission and supervisory commission, holding a mid-level leadership position. Since transitioning to a practicing attorney in 2019, he has handled numerous influential cases nationwide, achieving favorable outcomes. He also focuses on corporate criminal legal risk prevention, successfully helping multiple companies avoid criminal prosecution risks and recover substantial economic losses.


Dr. Jiang Qi possesses a profound theoretical foundation in law and rich experience in judicial practice. In recent years, he has published dozens of professional academic papers in core journals such as "Juvenile Crime Issues" and "Criminal Law Research."


In 2022, the founder of a leading financial website was sentenced to imprisonment in the first instance for the crime of illegal business operations. Attorney Jiang Zaki represented the appellant in the second instance and successfully initiated the compliance establishment for the involved company during the trial. As a result, the founder's sentence was ultimately commuted to probation.
