Mr. Liang Zhendong started to work for a law firm in 2004 and joined Grandway Law Offices in 2010. Mr. Liang worked at the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis in the United States, in the year of 2016 and 2017, mainly on cross-border M&A. His clients include 3G Capital, Bain Capital, Apax, Accenture and other internationally renowned investment institutions, with project transactions worth more than 10 billion US dollars.
Mr. Liang mainly practices in the following areas: private equity investment, commercial dispute resolution, and corporate legal counsel，and in the following sectors: high-tech, health care, culture and entertainment, Internet, consumer goods, etc. With sufficient and extensive experiences in capital market, Mr. Liang specialized in disputes resolution in such area, delivering comprehensive resolutions for complex commercial cases for corporations and their founders. He has a good command of English, and he can speak English at workplaces. He works in close cooperation with the top law firms in Europe, North America, South America, Australia and other major developed countries in the world.
Mr. Liang holds a degree of LLM in International Economic Law from the University of International Business and Economics. He also holds degrees of LLB and Bachelor of Economics.
