2018年1月22日，由北京国枫律师事务所（以下简称“国枫”）提供法律服务的华新手袋国际控股有限公司（以下简称“华新手袋”或“公司”）成功首次公开发行股票并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市（股票代码：02683），国枫担任公司中国境内法律顾问。
华新手袋是全球领先的非皮革手袋原始设备制造商（OEM），以及柬埔寨领先的非皮革手袋OEM，主要制造和出售手袋，例如手提袋、单肩带、斜背袋及便携带等。公司的终端客户为知名的跨国时尚品牌，主要位于美国、加拿大、西班牙、瑞典及日本。按销售收益计算，华新手袋是全球第五大的非皮革手袋OEM（市场份额占到0.4%）、柬埔寨最大的非皮革手袋OEM（市场份额占到68.3%）、以及中国第二大的非皮革手袋OEM（市场份额占到0.5%）。
