新凤鸣为上海证券交易所挂牌公司，股票简称“新凤鸣”，股票代码为“603225”， 是国内知名的民用涤纶长丝企业，居行业第二位。本次再融资，公司将募集资金投向PTA项目，是公司向上游原材料环节延伸的第一个重要项目，将助力新凤鸣打造涤纶长丝完整产业链战略规划。
新凤鸣非公开发行股票项目由温烨律师团队承办，签字律师为王冠律师、王凤律师，项目组成员包括王维维律师、谢翊杰律师。
