2016年12月28日，由北京国枫律师事务所承办的浙江东方集团股份有限公司（证券简称：浙江东方，股票代码：600120）发行股份购买资产并募集配套资金项目获得中国证监会上市公司并购重组审核委员会2016年第101次会议无条件审核通过。
本次交易中，浙江东方通过发行股份的方式购买交易对方持有的浙商金汇信托股份有限公司56%的股份、大地期货有限公司100%的股权及中韩人寿保险有限公司50%的股权，并以锁价发行的方式向5名特定投资者非公开发行股份募集配套资金。
本次交易完成后，信托、期货、保险将统一在浙江东方平台上发展，浙江东方成为浙江省内首家上市金控平台，构建出浙江省首个以金融为主业、金融与贸易产融结合的综合性控股型集团公司。
该项目的签字律师为王冠律师、孟文翔律师，律师助理为付一洋。
