Grandway advised Konruns Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd on its Series-D fundraising of Nuance Biotech. Grandway acted as the legal counsel for Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and provided full legal services covering legal due diligence, transactional documents drafting, etc.
