Grandway Advised Yantai China Pet Foods on its acquisition of PetfoodNZ

Grandway advised Yantai China Pet Foods Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of PetfoodNZ International Limited in New Zealand. Grandway acted as the legal counsel for Yantai China Pet Foods Co., Ltd. and provided full legal services covering deal structuring, tax planning, MOU, legal due diligence, transactional documents drafting, commercial negotiation, etc.

PFNZ is located in (Gisborne), a town on the east coast of North Island, New Zealand. Since 2010, PFNZ has been committed to using New Zealand’s natural raw materials, relying on its production experience accumulated for years and strict food manufacturing standards, to export healthy high-end canned pet food across the international market.
