Grandway Advised Aerospace Software on IPO Project Approved by SHSE

On November 7, 2022, Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“Aerospace Software”) was unconditionally approved by the SSE STAR Market at its 85th meeting in 2022 for Initial Public Offering of Shares and Listing on the SSE STAR Market.

Aerospace Software is a large-scale professional software and information service company directly held by China Aerospace Technology Group Co., Ltd. With the positioning of “supporting aerospace, serving the government and facing the society”, Aerospace Software has built up its own software products, information technology services and information system integration on the basis of Shentong database and AVIDM Foundation. It is one of the leading software and information service enterprises in China’s aerospace and party, government and military fields.

Aerospace Software intends to issue not ecxeed 100,000,000 shares and raise RMB 550,626,800 for the construction of product development collaborative software R&D and upgrading construction project, Shentong database series product R&D and upgrading construction project, aerospace product multidisciplinary collaborative design and simulation (CAE) platform R&D project, ASP+ platform R&D project and comprehensive service capacity construction project.
