Grandway Advised Nata Opto-electronic on Convertible Bond Project Approved by CSRC

Jiangsu Nata Opto-electronic Material Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: “Nata Opto-electronic”, stock code 300346) has been approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission for the issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified investors (“Project”).

Nata Opto-electronic is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of high-purity electronic materials, established on December 28, 2000. With years of technology accumulation, Nata Opto-electronic has overcome many projects that have plagued China for decades, such as the industrialization of the full series of MO source products under the National 863 Program, the R&D and industrialization of high-purity electronic gases (arsenic alkane and phosphor alkane) of the National “02 Special Project”, and the industrialization of ALD/CVD precursors, filling a number of domestic gaps. In 2017, Nata Opto-electronic also undertook the R&D and industrialization project of ArF photoresist material, one of the key core materials for IC chip manufacturing.

By undertaking national major technology research projects and realizing industrialization, Nata Opto-electronic has formed three major business segments of advanced precursors, electronic special gas and photoresists. With its own excellent strength and good service, Nata Opto-electronic has good cooperation relationship with important domestic and Foreign IC and LED excellent enterprises, and its products are well received among clients in LED, LCD and IC fields.

The total amount of funds to be raised for this Issue will not exceed RMB 900,000,000, which will be used for the industrialization project of 45 tons per year of precursor products for advanced semiconductor process, 140 tons per year of high purity phosphorane, arsenicane expansion and arsenicane technical reform project, 7,200t per year of electronic grade nitrogen trifluoride project of Ulanqab Nanda Microelectronics Materials Co. to further enhance the core competitiveness of the company and achieve long-term sustainable development.
