On July 12, 2023, Shenzhen UTIMES Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “UTIMES Intelligent”, stock code 688638), with full legal services provided by Grandway Law Offices, was listed on SSE STAR Market. For this public offering, Utimes issued 10 million shares at a price of RMB 83.90 yuan per share.

Founded in 2012, Utimes specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of non-standard automated intelligent assembly equipment and testing equipment. Its products are key equipment for achieving automated, intelligent, and efficient production, widely used in the smart manufacturing of products across multiple fields such as new energy, automotive electronics, and consumer electronics. Utimes has long been deeply engaged in the power battery intelligent manufacturing equipment sector, holding an industry-leading position particularly in battery cell wrapping machines. Utimes maintains strong cooperative relationships with well-known lithium battery manufacturers in China, including CATL, CALB, EVE Energy, Sunwoda, RBI, and SVOLT.
