Grandway Advised Jilin University Zhengyuan Information Technologies Co., Ltd. on the Project of Issuing Shares to Specific Investors Approved for registration from CSRC

Recently, the targeted share issuance project of Jilin University Zhengyuan Information Technologies Co., Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: JIT, Stock Code: 003029), for which Grandway Law Offices provided legal services, has received approval for registration from CSRC.

JIT’s main products and services include cybersecurity products, cybersecurity services, and cybersecurity ecosystems. Over the past 23 years since its establishment, JIT has closely aligned with national strategic development plans, actively exploring areas such as the digital economy, digital government, national defense security, IoT security, and data security. JIT has vigorously strengthened security infrastructure for government systems, military and defense industries, as well as large central and state-owned enterprises, providing solutions in cryptographic security, identity and trust, data security, IoT security and other aspects to address challenges faced by users during digital transformation. For this targeted share issuance, JIT plans to raise no more than RMB 179,708,700 yuan (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, the proceeds will be entirely used to supplement working capital. This issuance will enable JIT to optimize its capital structure, enhance its financial strength, better meet the funding needs arising from business development, and provide financial support for future operations. This will further consolidate JIT’s market position in the cybersecurity field, improve its comprehensive competitiveness, and lay a solid foundation for its healthy and stable growth.
