Mr. Zhang Ming joined Grandway Law Offices as a full-time lawyer in 2010. He specializes in corporate securities business, investment, mergers and acquisitions and permanent legal advice.
After serving government agencies for many years, Mr. Zhang changed his job and became a full-time lawyer devoted to legal services in securities issuance, investment and M&A, corporate restructuring and permanent legal advice. With great importance attached to theory summary based on law practices, Mr. Zhang has published many professional papers in public academic journals, among which On the Relationship and Reform of Judicial Examination and Legal Education was published in the core journal of Chinese education science, Journal of Educational Development. The article was recognized as the journal’s Outstanding Paper of the Year in 2007. It was also selected for the Proceedings of the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Law Education Research Association of China Law Society, edited by famous Chinese jurists Zeng Xianyi, Zhang Wenxian and Xu Weidong. Subsequently, the Ministry of Justice reformed the national judicial examination as suggested by the article.
