Grandway Advised Anhui Xdlk Microsystem Corporation Limited on Listing on SSE STAR Market

On June 30, 2023, Anhui XDLK Microsystem Corporation Limited (Stock Abbr.: XDLK, stock code 688582), with full legal services provided by Grandway Law Offices, was listed on SSE STAR Market. For this public offering, XDLK issued 55.21 million shares at a price of RMB 26.74 yuan per share.

XDLK is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, testing, and sales of high-performance MEMS inertial sensors. XDLK’s main products include MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers, with core performance metrics reaching domestically leading and internationally advanced levels. It is one of the few high-tech semiconductor companies in China capable of the stable mass production of high-performance inertial sensors.
