Grandway Advised Kehua Data Co.,Ltd. on Convertible Bond Issuance to Unspecified Investors Approved by SZSE

Recently, the application of Kehua Data Co., Ltd. (Stock Abbreviation: Kehua Data, Stock Code: 002335), for which Grandway provided legal services, to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets has been approved at the 49th meeting of the Listing Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) in 2023.

Since its establishment, Kehua Data has been grounded in core power electronics technology, integrating innovative digital technologies to provide comprehensive solutions for data centers, high-end power supplies, and clean energy. Serving customers in over 100 countries and regions worldwide, Kehua Data drives the digital transformation and low-carbon energy transition across industries such as government, finance, industry, telecommunications, transportation, and the internet. Kehua Data’s current issuance project aims to raise a total of no more than RMB 1,492,068,000 yuan. The funds are planned to be invested in the “Smart Manufacturing Base Construction Project (Phase I),” “Kehua R&D Center Construction Project,” “Kehua Digital Enterprise Construction Project,” as well as supplementing working capital and repaying loans. The successful approval of this issuance project will help Kehua Data expand the production capacity of its smart power product series, enhance its R&D capabilities for smart power technologies and product development, further consolidate its leading position in the industry, strengthen its sustainable profitability, and promote long-term sustainable growth.
